To qualify for an exchange, the product must remain fresh, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.

Exchange-এর জন্য পণ্যটি অবশ্যই ফ্রেশ, অক্ষত এবং পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য (Resalable) অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

• A size-related exchange may be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase. পণ্য কেনার তারিখ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে সাইজজনিত কারণে Exchange-এর অনুরোধ করা যাবে।
• If your preferred size is available in stock, the product may be exchanged for the preferred size of the same product. আপনার পছন্দের সাইজ Stock-এ থাকলে একই পণ্যের পছন্দের সাইজে Exchange করা যাবে।
• If the preferred size of the same product is unavailable, you may select another available product of an equivalent or applicable value. একই পণ্যের পছন্দের সাইজ Stock-এ না থাকলে সমমূল্যের অথবা প্রযোজ্য মূল্যের অন্য কোনো উপলব্ধ পণ্য বেছে নেওয়া যাবে।
• If a suitable alternative is unavailable or you do not wish to select another available product, a Credit Note may be issued where applicable. উপযুক্ত বিকল্প পণ্য Stock-এ না থাকলে অথবা উপলব্ধ বিকল্প পণ্য আপনার পছন্দ না হলে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে Credit Note ইস্যু করা হতে পারে।
• An eligible Credit Note may be used to purchase available Ahmexo products within 1 (one) year from its date of issue. প্রযোজ্য Credit Note ইস্যুর তারিখ থেকে ১ (এক) বছরের মধ্যে Ahmexo-এর উপলব্ধ পণ্য ক্রয়ে ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

We want our customers to receive products in satisfactory condition. If you experience an eligible quality-related issue, please notify Ahmexo as soon as reasonably possible.

আমরা চাই আমাদের গ্রাহকেরা সন্তোষজনক অবস্থায় পণ্য গ্রহণ করুন। প্রযোজ্য কোনো Quality-related সমস্যা দেখা দিলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব Ahmexo-কে জানান।

• Complaints regarding color fading, shrinkage or similar quality-related issues should be reported within 30 days from the date of purchase. পণ্যে Color Fading, Shrinkage অথবা অনুরূপ Quality-related সমস্যা দেখা দিলে পণ্য কেনার তারিখ থেকে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে Ahmexo-কে জানাতে হবে।
• The complaint will be reviewed through Ahmexo's Quality Control (QC) assessment process. অভিযোগটি Ahmexo-এর Quality Control (QC) Assessment প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে পর্যালোচনা করা হবে।
• After reviewing the product and the circumstances of the complaint, Ahmexo will determine the appropriate next step in accordance with this policy and applicable requirements. পণ্য ও অভিযোগের পরিস্থিতি পর্যালোচনার পর এই নীতিমালা এবং প্রযোজ্য নিয়ম অনুযায়ী Ahmexo পরবর্তী উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা নির্ধারণ করবে।
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, alteration, or failure to follow appropriate washing and care instructions may not qualify as a product quality issue. স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষয়, ভুল ব্যবহার, দুর্ঘটনাজনিত ক্ষতি, Alteration অথবা সঠিক Washing & Care Instructions অনুসরণ না করার কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি Product Quality Issue হিসেবে বিবেচিত নাও হতে পারে।

For an exchange request to be considered, the product should satisfy the applicable conditions below:

Exchange-এর অনুরোধ বিবেচনার জন্য পণ্যটি নিচের প্রযোজ্য শর্তগুলো পূরণ করা উচিত:

• The product must be free from signs of use, stains, odors or other indications of wear. পণ্যটি ব্যবহারের দাগ, ময়লা, গন্ধ অথবা ব্যবহারের অন্যান্য চিহ্নমুক্ত হতে হবে।
• The product must not have been washed. পণ্যটি ধোয়া যাবে না।
• The product must not have been altered, resized, stitched, cut or otherwise modified after purchase. কেনার পর পণ্য Alteration, Resize, Stitch, Cut অথবা অন্য কোনোভাবে পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
• Original tags and labels should remain attached where they were supplied with the product. পণ্যের সঙ্গে Original Tag/Label দেওয়া থাকলে সেগুলো যথাযথভাবে সংযুক্ত থাকতে হবে।
• The product must not be damaged or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale. পণ্যটি কোনোভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অথবা পুনরায় বিক্রয়ের অনুপযোগী হওয়া যাবে না।
• The original purchase invoice, receipt, order information, or another acceptable proof of purchase may be required. Original Purchase Invoice/Receipt, Order Information অথবা গ্রহণযোগ্য অন্য কোনো ক্রয়-প্রমাণ উপস্থাপন করতে হতে পারে।

Proper care can help maintain the product's color, texture, appearance and usable life. Please follow any care label supplied with the product and consider the following general guidance.

সঠিক যত্ন পণ্যের রং, Texture, সৌন্দর্য ও ব্যবহারযোগ্যতা দীর্ঘদিন বজায় রাখতে সহায়তা করে। পণ্যের সঙ্গে Care Label দেওয়া থাকলে সেটি অনুসরণ করুন এবং নিচের সাধারণ নির্দেশনাগুলো বিবেচনা করুন।
